ABOUT MA

I am Marion Audonneau – and MA Saveur is my way of bringing French taste and hospitality to Düsseldorf.

The name represents what defines me: MA like my initials, Saveur like the taste that has accompanied me since my childhood in France.

With MA Saveur I have created a place where wine, cuisine and culture come together: a wine bar, an event location and a catering kitchen – all under one roof.

 

A place where you arrive, breathe deeply and enjoy yourself.
A place where the French way of life comes alive.

 

I combine my many years of experience in gastronomy, trade fair catering and event management with my love for French cuisine.
This creates a concept that is both professional and warm – modern, personal and always a little bit à la française.

Even though I'm starting out as a sole proprietor – MA Saveur is not a solo project.
I work with a network of chefs, artists, event professionals and French producers who share my passion for quality and hospitality.

I myself am the heart of the company:
Event manager, hostess, organizer, creative thinker and often also the one who senses the mood in the room with a glass in her hand.

I am supported by a strong team that comes together depending on the size of the event: kitchen professionals, service staff, sommelier partners, logistics experts – people who love their work and with whom I have been working successfully for years.


We are small, flexible, passionate – and that's exactly what makes us so special.

Your French-style aperitif

I open my wine bar from Wednesday to Friday.

– with selected French wines, cheese and charcuterie platters and small tapas 100% made in France.

Whether it's a corporate event, customer dinner, after-work gathering or private celebration – I design events that are personal yet professional.
My location can be rented exclusively, including menu, service, concept and organization.
I am your contact person from start to finish – clear, reliable and detail-oriented.

Public Events

Culinary evenings with soul

My themed evenings are experiences:
Soirée Savoyarde, Soirée Bourguignonne, summer nights à la Provence or creative formats such as Drink & Paint.
I combine cuisine, wine, music and culture to create evenings that will be remembered.
